Job summary

Univar Solutions USA LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital and operational projects across multiple sites, from concept to implementation. The role combines project management, engineering expertise, contractor oversight, and field engagement to drive facility reliability and business growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5–10 years of experience, with proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methods and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• 5–10 years overall work experience.
• Ability to rapidly gain proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma principles and delivery methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in remote locations while coordinating multiple CI activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital and operational projects from concept through implementation, on schedule and within budget.
• Provide engineering support for facility infrastructure, piping, pumps, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers throughout project execution.
• Travel to branch locations to assess needs and support project development across sites.
