Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager to join our Critical Environments team in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on leading high-visibility data center projects as owner’s representative, guiding decisions to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will independently manage project scopes, mentor teams, and drive risk management while maintaining client alignment and delivering a quality, on-time outcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers).
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
