Job summary

Renewyx LLC is partnering with a top-tier general contractor to recruit a Data Center Project Manager for a multi-phase campus program across multiple US markets. You will lead delivery from mobilization to turnover, owning the master schedule, cost reporting, and subcontractor performance.

MEP scope will be on the critical path, requiring close coordination with electrical and mechanical trades and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• PM experience on ground-up commercial or industrial construction.
• Clear ownership of schedule, budget and subcontractor performance.
• Willingness to be based on site, with travel or relocation to the assigned project.
• Commissioning exposure or heavy MEP coordination.
• PMP, OSHA 30, LEED AP, Procore qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Own the master schedule, the cost report, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical trades and with the commissioning team.
