Job summary

Incendia Partners seeks a Data Center Project Manager for interior fit-out projects in high-performance environments. You will lead interior scopes, coordinate MEP integration, and manage fast-track schedules for equipment rooms, control centers, and critical spaces.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. On-site work five days a week with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, including mission-critical, data center, or technical interior fit-out work.
• Strong understanding of interior scopes with complex MEP integration.
• Experience managing fast-paced, high-density interior buildouts.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out scopes including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, millwork, doors/hardware, and specialty systems.
• Oversee MEP-heavy coordination for interior spaces (electrical distribution, UPS systems, cooling systems, containment, fire protection, low-voltage).
• Lead project scheduling, logistics, procurement, and trade coordination.
• Administer budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain strict QA/QC standards and support commissioning activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

This role oversees technical interior buildouts within data centers, critical facilities, and other high-performance environments where precision, reliability, and MEP integration are essential.

About The Role

The Project Manager will lead interior fit-out scopes from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating complex trades, managing fast-track schedules, and delivering highly technical interior spaces such as equipment rooms, electrical rooms, control centers, and other mission-critical environments.

Compensation

Salary Range: $115,000 – $165,000 base, depending on experience and mission-critical background. Total compensation may include profit-sharing and a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Requirement:

5 days a week on-site
