Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, seeks a Data Center Construction – Mid to Senior Project Manager in Leesburg, VA. You’ll own challenging data center projects, coordinating with owners, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors to keep programs on track.

You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring teams and delivering high-visibility outcomes. Expect a fast-paced, client-focused environment with opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor, Associate, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
