Job summary

Jobot is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee custom manufacturing projects from handoff to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, acting as the primary contact for data center clients and ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or construction field.
• Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read structural drawings and technical specs.
• Working knowledge of U.S. building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and oversee multiple projects from sales handoff to delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and scope.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings and manage submittals and design revisions.
• Maintain project documentation: approvals, revisions, RFIs, records.
• Ensure deliverables meet codes, standards, and client requirements.
