Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management or general contractor experience.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction design, bidding, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, assess, report, and manage the delivery of data center construction projects.
• Establish a close relationship with the owner to understand project requirements.
• Create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Budget.
