Networks Connect in Jackson, MS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mission critical and data center electrical infrastructure projects onsite from planning through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and client communications while coordinating engineering, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning staff on projects typically ranging from $3M to $20M.

• Five or more years of Project Management experience within electrical construction, industrial construction, mission critical facilities, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from kickoff through completion.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project financial management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical infrastructure projects through all phases of execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate engineering teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project profitability, labor productivity, and cost performance.
• Manage procurement activities, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Review project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure projects meet all contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead project meetings while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Support project turnover and closeout documentation.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful execution of electrical infrastructure projects from initial planning through final closeout.
