Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects. You will drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical project management within contracting, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, generators, and UPS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience within an electrical contracting environment.
• Experience delivering data center, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.
• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout with schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
