LVI Associates is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Center projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This client-facing role demands delivering complex electrical construction, mentoring teams, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining safety and quality on live facilities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction PM, 5+ years in data centers or mission critical environments, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale electrical projects within Data Centers or Mission Critical environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and cabling infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects in live operational facilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of Data Center and Mission Critical electrical construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive procurement activities and ensure timely material delivery.
• Manage change orders, RFPs, project scopes, and financial reporting.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project performance.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and other team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent industry credentials
• Electrical trade background, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive base salary up to $240,000+
