Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Tampa, FL seeks a Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams on critical buildings and infrastructure. You will work with clients and design partners across North America, guiding delivery from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree and 2–5 years of experience in complex projects, with a solid grasp of design, bid and construction processes, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in multidisciplinary design delivery.
• Familiarity with design, bid and construction phases of a complex project.
• High level, multidisciplinary awareness of MEP systems; data center or mission critical project experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project governance.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams on complex buildings and infrastructure.
• Lead structured project meetings with clients and design partners.
• Manage project risk, changes, cost and program while ensuring contract alignment.
• Support governance and quality control across teams and delivery stages.
• Progress development under senior guidance toward greater ownership.
