Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Construction Project Manager for data center construction in Port Washington, WI.

You will manage day-to-day project operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure safety and profitability while aligning with CEI’s values. The role involves planning, execution, and financial performance across project phases, with salary range from $89,250 to $160,000 and eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• Five years of leadership experience in electrical construction or related activities managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Driving record must be valid and clean; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects and lead a high-performing team.
• Develop project execution plans, scheduling, and coordination with field teams.
• Oversee project financials: budgets, invoices, job costs, and productivity.
• Negotiate change orders and manage customer/subcontractor relationships.
