Responsibilities

• Coordinate material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule.
• Maintain RFI, submittals and change order logs.
• Serve as a key contact for internal customers and teams.
• Assist with estimating activities including bids and change orders.
• Support start meetings and team meetings.
• Document and standardize procedures; audit usage across sites.
