The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Revit. Candidates must hold a professional degree in architecture or a related field and be licensed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience including data center/mission critical experience.
• Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff.
• Familiarity with building codes and engineering systems.
• LEED AP within 1 year of hire.
• Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of projects and ensure design execution.
• Manage project teams with effective communication.
• Monitor construction administration during the construction phase.
• Participate in marketing opportunities and develop successful client relationships.
• Review work for accuracy and document compliance.
