Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Data Center Lead Technician to lead the delivery of data center infrastructure projects across enterprise, hyperscale, and colocation environments. You will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and handover of deployments, collaborating with engineering, operations, logistics, and partners to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data center or technical implementation projects, with knowledge of rack

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering data center or technical implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, rack integration, cabling, power and cooling.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, operations, logistics, and vendors.
• Project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Develop and manage the daily execution plan for on-site team.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and ensure compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of tasks and issues.
• Troubleshooting: Coordinate with vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Communication: Liaise with site leads, engineers and stakeholders.
• Access and LDAP Management: Handle site access and related tools.
