Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical commercial/mixed-use construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts and power systems.
• Experience coordinating with field teams and construction management.
• Proven ability to manage bids, change orders, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and win projects.
• Proactive, analytical, and effective communicator with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Lead project management, scheduling, procurement, and contract requirements.
• Evaluate and improve department systems to meet customer and profitability goals.
• Manage a team including direct and total reports, providing mentoring.
• Oversee invoicing per contract terms and manage change orders.
