Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Data Center Project Manager for the Critical Projects Implementation team. You will oversee multidisciplinary project execution in data centers, focusing on electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation improvements across global sites.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure safety standards, and drive on-time delivery while managing diverse teams and travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center or other critical environment.
• Construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale MEP plants.
• On-site construction trades experience; vendor management.
• Knowledge of building codes including Life Safety, NFPA, NEC, OSHA.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all disciplines (electrical, mechanical, controls, architecture) to ensure project success.
• Coordinate improvements for electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data center capacity, safety and operational excellence.
• Travel to site locations (50–75%) as required.
