Job summary

Amazon in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Data Center Project Manager for the Critical Projects Implementation team. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural disciplines and act on data to improve space, power, and cooling in data centers.

This role requires independent contribution and teamwork across multi-disciplinary groups, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with AWS safety and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and review of electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural disciplines.
• Identify areas for improvement and act on data from team and partners.
• Design, develop and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
