Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee data center projects from initiation through turnover. You will lead teams, manage scheduling, budgeting and safety compliance while ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in telecommunications or related fields, datacenter build experience, and strong proficiency with MS Project and MS Office. Onsite work with travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have datacenter project experience and the ability to interpret blueprints and specs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Experience in customer interface and managing project scope is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage staffing, materials and financial performance.
• Oversee project bid process and client communications.
• Monitor job costs, invoicing, collections and progress reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.
• Drive project profitability and customer turnover to meet company goals.
