Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of data center and low-voltage projects across the Carolinas from Charlotte, NC. Hybrid or remote options are available based in NC, with strong leadership to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive project planning, execution, and governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with client goals while maintaining Convergint's service standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum experience as Project Manager or similar role.
• A master's degree or professional certification in project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget and to required specifications.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Develop plans including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality controls.
• Manage budgets, resources, changes, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
• Report status, metrics, and lessons learned to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance project environment.
