Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is a strong preference.
Contract preparation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist in project compliance with Owner/Developer document controls.
Administer project commissioning and closeout specifications.
Ensure accurate safety metrics to EH&S department during site walks.
Assist construction manager in preparing monthly financial updates.
