Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support our growing data center initiatives in Texas and other markets.

This role requires leading contract administration, scheduling, and risk management for medium-sized projects while ensuring safety and quality. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction experience, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for building communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience on construction projects.
• Strong safety culture and knowledge of health, safety and environment principles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to a construction project of medium size.
• Develops and implements the project safety plan and leads by example for health and safety practices.
• Ensures the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality and schedule.
• Manages project performance and provides status reports for safety, cost forecast and schedule.
• Negotiates and issues subcontracts and major purchase orders; monitors progress and schedule.
