Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (RFIs, change orders, submittals, QA/QC) with accuracy and timely distribution.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics including material deliveries and site paperwork.
• Support estimating and budgeting through PO tracking and subcontract administration.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve issues and keep work progressing.
• Maintain and update project schedules and productivity tracking to identify risks.
• Attend project meetings and support planning through execution and closeout.
• Assist QA/QC by organizing documentation and ensuring quality standards.
• Apply HVAC knowledge to interpret project requirements and coordinate technical needs.
