Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Verified understanding about construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, HSE, quality, materials, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with select trade partners and handles subcontract administration.
• Participates in change management and change orders, pricing and schedule impact assessment.
• Maintains project documentation, RFIs, submittals, as‑built drawings, and related records.
• Collaborates with project team lead to supervise design with timely submittal responses.
• Coordinates with project manager and superintendent on site HSE, cost, schedule and quality.
