Job summary

Redmond Construction Corp seeks a Project Engineer to support mission-critical and data center projects in Kansas City. You will manage procurement, submittals, and project data in Procore, coordinating with PMs, superintendents, and trades to keep momentum.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to lead day-to-day project tasks, with relocation/travel for the KC project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Project Engineer on mission-critical, data center, high-tech or complex MEP-intensive projects.
• Experience in preconstruction, estimating, and procurement processes.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects (3–4) with PM oversight and coordination.
• Manage procurement logs, submittals, RFIs and pencil or pay applications.
• Set up projects in Procore and maintain accurate project data and documentation.
• Develop schedules, run meetings, and ensure timely communication with partners.
