Job summary

Redmond in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Project Engineer for mission-critical and data-center projects. You will coordinate procurement, submittals, contract and financial administration, and maintain project data in Procore, working with PMs, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure timely execution and clear communication.

Qualifications

2+ years as Project Engineer on mission-critical/data-center projects
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with RFIs, submittals, contract administration and documentation coordination

Responsibilities

Support multiple concurrent projects across 3–4 sizes; assist with project folders and templates
Assist with permit process and corrections
Set up projects in Procore and manage submittals, RFIs, drawings and punch lists
Prepare clear, structured RFIs with PM oversight
Coordinate Day 2 items with PM oversight
Develop accurate project schedules and distribute documentation promptly
