Job summary

Meta is seeking a Facility Project Manager to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. You will own the planning and execution of a portfolio of physical infrastructure projects across an operational data center campus, spanning electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire and life safety systems.

You will serve as the primary site-level contact for retrofit initiatives, coordinating cross-functional partners to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget across multiple

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management in data center or critical facilities.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, and life-safety systems.
• Ability to read construction plans, specs, and shop drawings.
• Experience forecasting and managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of physical infrastructure projects across a multi-building campus.
• Develop and maintain charters, WBS, schedules, and milestones for retrofit projects.
• Serve as the primary site-level contact during design and execution phases.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Controls, and Commissioning for integrated delivery.
• Monitor risks related to schedule, budget, safety, and quality with mitigation plans.
• Use PM tools to sequence and track retrofit activities per standards and constraints.
• Coordinate staffing to align retrofit team capacity with demand.
• Oversee commissioning and QA/QC resources and third-party agents.
• Ensure complete document turnover at project close with records and manuals.
• Partner with Sourcing to support vendor contracts and contractor performance.
