Job summary

Keel Infrastructure in Sharon, PA is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the Sharon Infrastructure Project access controls, oversee site access, deliveries, safety orientation, and weekly reporting. You’ll drive consistency, reduce risk, and align construction, procurement, and operations under a disciplined project controls framework.

You will badge entrants, ensure PPE compliance, coordinate with Senior PM, and support A&E firms, GCs, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing project tasks, controls, contractors and external consultants.
• Team-oriented with a focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Sharon Project Access Controls strategy.
• Establish standards, processes and tools for site access and risk control.
• Coordinate alignment between construction, deliveries, procurement, and operations.
• Support Senior PM with cost tracking and change control activities.
