Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce, labor, and project activities for data center operations.
• Review timekeeping exceptions, including punch edits and missed punches.
• Prepare weekly labor and per diem reports.
• Maintain labor tracking, workforce data, and project reporting tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, payroll, accounting, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support personnel tracking and labor compliance efforts.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Assist leadership with reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate workforce, labor, and project activities for data center operations.

• Coordinate with project teams, payroll, accounting, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting
• Assist leadership with reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Preferred experience in data centers, technical operations, or field service environments.
• Experience in project coordination, workforce administration, or a related field.
• Experience with labor tracking, workforce reporting, or project administration preferred.
• Experience supporting data centers, technical operations, or field service environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Experience with UKG or similar workforce management systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
