Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Project Controller to oversee financial and administrative activities for multiple data center construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the VP of Commercial Management, Project Managers, and Cost Managers to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to budgets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in cost management, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management is typically preferred.
• Proven experience in project financial control, cost management, and project administration.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite; familiarity with project management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative setup and documentation for new projects from due diligence through delivery.
• Provide support/tracking for PM team and internal stakeholders across Design, Equipment Procurement, Construction Management, Health & Safety.
• Recommend and implement improvements to project processes.
