Data Center Project Administrator – Site Operations

Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial seeks a motivated Project Administrator to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The role coordinates site logistics, travel, onboarding of new personnel, and office operations across construction sites.

Multiple openings exist at various experience levels, with relocation to Shreveport or other sites as needed. The position requires presence on site, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced project

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools
• 5–10 years of experience in site administration or logistics coordination within large-scale construction or industrial projects
• Proven ability to manage rotations, travel, and general site logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands‑on, service-oriented mindset
• Experience supporting large, multidisciplinary project teams in remote or rotational environments
• Familiarity with Data Center or mission‑critical facility projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel rotations, travel, and site access to ensure uninterrupted project staffing
• Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring facilities, systems, and logistics are in place
• Manage day-to-day office needs including supplies, services, and coordination of support vendors
• Organize project meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability
• Act as the main administrative point of contact for site teams and visiting personnel
• Track document status and follow up on pending reviews, comments, or approvals
• Manage travel schedules, rotations, and accommodation arrangements for all site personnel and visitors
• Maintain and update site access lists, mobilization plans, and contact directories
• Support onboarding by coordinating IT access, workspace setup, and orientation for new arrivals
• Procure and manage office supplies, stationery, and minor services required for site operations
• Coordinate with HR, logistics, and safety teams for mobilization and demobilization requirements
• Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, issue minutes, and track action close-outs
• Track attendance, leave, and rotation schedules to support accurate workforce reporting
• Assist with coordination of visitor logistics, meeting facilities, and general office communications
