CBRE is looking for a highly motivated candidate with an electrical engineering background and demonstrated experience in design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Power Delivery infrastructure.

The Power Delivery Project Manager will manage complex electrical infrastructure products, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, create concept designs, review vendor submittals, and manage budgets and schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of building construction and design, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop delivery and execution plans for power delivery from grid utility and alternative power solutions to meet capacity demand.
  • Support design risk evaluation, risk management, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change control and cost approval processes with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee proposal reviews, contract awards, and process contract documents.
  • Monitor proposals and contract schedules; generate weekly progress reports.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, establishing general contract terms including mark-ups, fees, insurance, labor rates, and escalation.
  • Provide and gather cost estimates with contractors and vendors for scope gaps and changes.
  • Ensure QA/QC processes are followed and report issues or gaps.
  • Coordinate and manage owner-direct vendors.
  • Support evaluation of product readiness for substations and attend meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience with knowledge in Energy/Power Substation delivery.
  • 5+ years experience in the Power and Energy sector and/or mission-critical facilities.
  • Experience with high and medium voltage electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and means.
  • Experience with cross-disciplinary teams: structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in report writing, documentation, presentations, and public speaking.
  • Willingness to travel to sites and vendor facilities as needed.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Benefits include 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance. Turner & Townsend considers multiple factors for compensation, including education and experience.
