Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to support the data center construction program. You will collect updates, maintain trackers, coordinate meetings, and escalate issues to senior leaders with data-driven insights.

You will assist in developing project plans, monitor progress, and help ensure on‑time delivery across multiple projects while following safety requirements and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to maintain trackers, reports, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed program plans with timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress against plans to ensure milestones and KPIs are met.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record decisions, and track actions.
• Support kickoff and planning activities by organizing contacts, documents, and checklists.
• Maintain punch lists and closeout trackers; organize turnover documents.
• Participate in site visits and record observations and follow‑up actions.
