Job summary

LVI Associates in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center and mission-critical construction programs. You will oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client expectations.

We are partnered with a leading project advisory and construction consulting firm that is expanding its presence within the Data Center and Mission Critical sector across Texas. With a strong portfolio of active and upcoming projects throughout the Dallas market, the team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help drive successful project execution.

This opportunity offers involvement in some of the most technically demanding developments in the industry, supporting clients through the planning, design, construction, and delivery phases of large-scale mission critical facilities. The organization works alongside developers, operators, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project performance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects remain on track from early-stage planning through final handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects.
  • Coordinate project teams throughout design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, milestones, and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, challenges, and potential delays.
  • Review contracts, change management processes, project documentation, and commercial performance.
  • Support decision-making through clear reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings to ensure quality and delivery standards are maintained.
  • Assist with procurement activities, scheduling strategies, and cost control initiatives.
  • Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering data center, mission critical, or other complex construction projects.
  • Background as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale ground-up construction and project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technically complex environments.
  • Ability to interpret schedules, budgets, contracts, and project controls documentation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
