Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in building design, construction, or operations.
• Minimum 3 years in the data center industry or hyperscale environments.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital projects simultaneously.
• Liaise between project management, engineering, procurement, and sales.
• Manage RFP processes and contractor comparisons.
• Execute project contracts and chair weekly meetings.
• Meet with contractors and vendors; manage budget and cash flow.
• Maintain project schedules and milestone delivery; arrange site travel.
