Job summary

Enexus Global Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex infrastructure initiatives, including data center and security projects. You will drive governance strategies and manage cross-functional teams across IT estates.

Applicants should have 15+ years of experience, PMP certification, and a proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to influence outcomes. Local Bay Area presence encouraged.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data center, infrastructure, capex & opex management.
• Proven PM experience leading large, complex infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with directory services, configuration management and security infrastructure.
• Extensive IT governance development and project methodologies experience.
• Strong ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure and security projects.
• Develop and enforce IT governance, methodologies, procedures and processes.
• Manage directory services and configuration management projects.

Requirement

• Project management experience managing large, complex projects in the area of infrastructure, relating to security and applications.
• PMP Cert
• Experience managing directory services projects, configuration management projects
• Experience managing security-related infrastructure and applications.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing IT governance, project methodologies, procedures and processes
• Proven ability to build motivated, collaborative and productive cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally or in written form, with all levels of the organization, and able to influence a larger team to perform toward the same goal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly analytical and methodical, with strong problem-solving ability on complex subjects
• NERC CIP project experience is highly desirable
• Experience managing directory services project, configuration management projects
