Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Site Project & Program Manager in Altoona, IA to own the end-to-end rack integration program. You will manage production scheduling, material coordination, BOM accuracy, QA/QC, and RMA, coordinating with the integration partner and on-site teams to ensure on-time deployment and performance analytics.

The role requires a strong background in project management, production planning, and materials management, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, supply chain, business administration, engineering, operations, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive program management experience in data center, rack integration, or deployment operations.
• PM certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rack integration program delivery on site, ensuring production schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the integration partner on BOM, material transfer, and QA/QC processes.
• Develop, maintain, and report on forecasts, KPIs, and deployment milestones to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and manage risk, issues, and changes to protect deployment commitments.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual workflows.
