A leading industrial services company is seeking a skilled production planner to join their Data Center Business Unit in Norway. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance in a performance-driven environment. Ideal applicants will have experience in the metalworking sector, knowledge of Primavera P6, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Formación

• Experience in production planning and control within the metalworking/industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and materials control systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• PMP® and/or IPMA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production and project schedules (Level 3, 4, and 5).
• Establish baselines, progress measurement, forecasting, and deviation control.
• Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, S-curves, and Spool Tracker 3D.
• Identify planning risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management decision-support tools.
