The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance in a performance-driven environment. Ideal applicants will have experience in the metalworking sector, knowledge of Primavera P6, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning and control within the metalworking/industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, and materials control systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • PMP® and/or IPMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production and project schedules (Level 3, 4, and 5).
  • Establish baselines, progress measurement, forecasting, and deviation control.
  • Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
  • Monitor productivity, KPIs, S-curves, and Spool Tracker 3D.
  • Identify planning risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and management decision-support tools.

Responsible for planning and controlling production in metalworking and industrial projects, ensuring schedule compliance, productivity, and deviation control. Develops integrated project schedules, monitors KPIs, analyzes risks, and supports project management decision-making in demanding industrial and EPC environments.
