Job summary

You will manage on-site purchasing programs, track deliveries, expedite orders, issue POs, coordinate with accounts payable, and review supplier performance scores quarterly.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of Purchasing experience required (Construction of Electrical Distribution preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in procurement and vendor management with cost-reduction focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic buy-out of electrical commodities and enable installation of electrical scope.
• Onboard vendor engagement process: RFP, QCS, Submittal, Scheduling Updates, and meeting minutes with action items.
• Develop bills of material with site teams and interface with suppliers weekly.
• Execute site purchasing programs: onsite consignments, hold for release, go-carts, and kitting.
• Track, expedite, and report on all material, issue purchase orders, and assist AP with discrepancies.
• Generate reports and clean up outstanding commitments in the system.
