Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking an Associate Procurement Manager to support strategic planning and management of data center equipment supply chains. You will work under the Platform Procurement Manager, handling sourcing, vendor relations, and commercial analysis across equipment categories.

The role requires curiosity, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to deliver procurement success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years in procurement, supply chain, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, data analysis, and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to learn technical specifications, drawings, and supplier documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of assigned data center equipment categories, including sourcing, evaluation, vendor management, and procurement execution.
• Develop strong vendor relationships and align procurement with programmatic and technical needs.
• Lead competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and vendor recommendations.
• Prepare commercial analyses, pricing comparisons, and cost models to support decisions.
• Assist with negotiations, terms, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.
• Maintain procurement data, vendor documentation, and reporting for assigned categories.
