Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Power System Studies Engineer to join our Data Center Mission Critical division. Based in the U.S.

or remote, you will analyze complex power systems and develop studies for major data center clients, while mentoring junior engineers and building client relationships. You will apply NFPA, IEEE 1584, and ANSI standards, develop models, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support growth and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience with power system studies; 6+ years for senior role.
• PE License or ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• Experience with NFPA 70 & 70E, IEEE 1584 and ANSI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client-focused growth mindset.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Power System Analysis & Design: short circuit, coordination, arc flash studies per industry standards.
• Data Collection & Documentation: on-site data, drawings, calculations and inputs.
• QA/QC: review deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: stay updated on codes and standards for data centers.
