Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Data Center Facilities Engineer to join a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our data center infrastructure across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. The role emphasizes power and cooling systems, with after-hours on-call support and 25% travel between sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience, familiarity with BAS and critical power infrastructure, and a proactive approach to efficiency and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with BAS and facility monitoring systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work 24/7 on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair: HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Perform facility inspections and report on operational issues.
• Respond to alerts, alarms, and emergencies 24/7; after-hours work required.
