Qualifications

• Experience in data centre or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Experience with UPS, generators and power distribution.
• Able to work independently on site under pressure.
• Excellent communication with remote Europe team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical facilities infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, airflow).
• Support electrical infrastructure including UPS, switchgear, PDUs and generators.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors on site.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support capacity planning, installs, and site improvements.
• Keep documentation and compliance records up to date.
