Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Portfolio Controls Strategy Lead to establish and manage the portfolio governance framework for cost, schedule, and delivery performance within OCI’s Data Center Program. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure consistent portfolio performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program / project management, preferably in data center infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully developing construction programs.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the portfolio governance framework for cost, schedule, and delivery performance.
• Develop integrated portfolio views that connect schedule performance, cost trends, and delivery risks.
• Analyze cost trends, forecast performance, and variance drivers.
• Develop executive-ready portfolio performance reporting and narratives.
