Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Data Centers to lead high-impact data center infrastructure projects for hyper-scale clients. You will own the project lifecycle, develop aggressive schedules, and ensure profitability while guiding a dedicated team through Layer 1 infrastructure, cooling, and power distribution integration.

You will manage owners, design teams, and subcontractors, uphold quality standards, and handle contracts, procurement, and submittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing layer 1 infrastructure for large hyper-scalers.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience managing large-scale data center projects is highly preferred.
• Experience negotiating with owners and subcontractors.
• Certifications such as BICSI, PMP, ASIS, CTS are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout with aggressive schedules and profitability.
• Lead and empower project team with technical and administrative guidance.
• Oversee integration of Layer 1 infrastructure, cabinet/rack level cooling, power distribution, and security systems.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with owners, design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and strict compliance with industry specs and standards.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement processes, and project correspondence.
