Job summary

Catapult Federal Services is seeking a Datacenter Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex BMS, EPMS, and IT infrastructure projects across multiple campuses. You will coordinate field personnel, engineers, general contractors, and enterprise customers to align technical scopes with schedule requirements.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will manage budgets, documentation, and risk while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing control systems or critical facilities projects (BMS/EPMS/IT infra).
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced construction environments.
• Strong client-facing skills with GC/subcontractor/facility owner interactions.
• Hands-on with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Solid understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BMS/EPMS/IT infra projects from turnover to closeout.
• Lead multiple active data center projects across campuses.
• Be the primary contact for enterprise customers and contractors.
• Coordinate meetings: OAC, scheduling, commissioning, and reviews.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, COs, PRs, and meeting notes.
• Manage budgets, labor, and financial forecasting.
• Support installation progress, startups, and issue resolution.
• Drive punch list resolution and turnover documentation.
