Job summary

LVI Associates seeks an experienced Project Manager to support data center and mission-critical projects in the Dallas market. This Owner's Representative role sits on the client's side, overseeing design teams, contractors, schedules, budgets, risks, and project delivery from inception through completion.

You will coordinate with owners, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Experience delivering Data Center and Mission Critical construction projects is essential.
Strong communication and client-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Owner's Representative on large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects.
Manage project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead coordination between owners, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
Review and manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Track project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Attend and lead project meetings, providing clear reporting to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee contractor performance, quality, and safety compliance.
Assist with procurement strategies, contract administration, and cost management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
