Ares Technology Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative to support data center development and delivery. You will advocate for the owner, coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role targets professionals with data center construction/commissioning experience, project controls expertise, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or owner’s representation for data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with construction management and project controls across lifecycle stages.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience reviewing budgets, pay apps, and change orders.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• PMP certification preferred; familiarity with Procore/Bluebeam/Revit is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent the owner’s interests across design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison among clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear, actionable follow-up items.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and overall performance.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and docs.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams.
