Job summary

Linesight is seeking an on-site Owners Rep Project Manager for a Data Center campus near Milwaukee. You will lead large-scale construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and safety, while coordinating with clients and contractors. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proactive problem solving are essential. Interviews may be in person or virtual.

Salary ranges from $108,000 to $145,000 annually, with offers based on experience, skills, and education.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Data Center construction projects or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead onsite teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, manage information flow, and report progress, quality and safety issues.
• Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring documentation and timely, quality delivery.
• Be a visible onsite leader, assess progress and enforce safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor on snagging activities and schedule.
